Products & Care
Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every Kaleidoverse item is designed, 3D printed, and carefully finished in our South Australian studio.
What materials do you use?
Our products are made from high-quality PLA filament, a plant-based plastic derived from renewable resources.
Are your products suitable for children?
Many products are suitable for older children; however, some contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years due to choking hazards.
Are your clickers loud?
Our clickers come in 2 options. A tactile quiet, satisfying click or a more clicks louder click. They’re designed to be enjoyable but are not completely silent.
Are all products exactly the same?
No. Because every item is individually 3D printed, slight variations in colour, layer lines, or finish may occur. These are a normal part of the manufacturing process and make each piece unique.
Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–5 business days. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes!

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to selected countries worldwide using tracked postal services.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you release new designs regularly?
Yes! We’re always creating new clickers, sensory toys, games, puzzles, and cute collectibles. Follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to be the first to see new releases.
Do you offer personalised products?
Yes! Selected products can be personalised. Available options will be listed on the product page.
