Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and any packaging damage

If the item is found to be faulty or damaged upon arrival, we will offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent as soon as possible at no additional cost.

Returns

If a return is required, we will provide instructions before the item is sent back. Returned items should be in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
