Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. During busy periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
Australian Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide on all orders.

- Express Shipping: AU$20.00
- FREE Standard Shipping on Australian orders over AU$100
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations using tracked postal services.
- Flat-Rate International Shipping: AU$30.00
- FREE International Shipping on orders over AU$150

Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

- Australia Express: 1–4 business days
- International: 7–21+ business days, depending on destination
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist you in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Kaleidoverse is not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us, additional postage costs may apply before it can be resent.
